In which country do you find the best beef BBQs?

I have watched a lot of videos and it seems like Americans make the best BBQ beef. From brisket, to ribs to steak. It just makes my mouth water. Except I have never tasted any.

In the UK, our bbq is mostly chicken, burgers, sausages, pork chops, but that doesn't excite me as much as American BBQ

BBQ is like a blood sport in some parts of the US, with different regions claiming to have the best. I live in the Kansas City area, known for both its BBQ and American Royal BBQ competition. Ask anyone from here which area makes the best, they'll likely tell you Kansas City. A Texan will tell you Texas, and so on. It doesn't matter to me, it's all good :-)

The people in NC with the Vinegar and hot sauce blend pig and the Texas Beef Brisket are the best in the USA.

In Asia, half the time that could be a dog [aw instead of pig "paw"... "Pork" is really good in SE Asia too.

Between the Salt Cured country hams and hot sauced vinegar BBQ... My vote for the total package goes to the the NC, SC, TN, VA area farmer and cooks !!!
