You can buy tubs of it here but it's worth getting the good stuff, some supermarket own brands are more sand than seaweed. It's a popular breakfast ingredient either as a dollop on the plate or mixed into a oatcake. Its weird because as kids we all hate it but the older you get the more you like it
The dried type you get in packets is ok but I only eat other people's.

Tried the Chinese stuff it wasn't bad but I probably would buy it again as opposed to the same time first sampling of sesame prawn toast

Also want to try the British samphire because my step-grandfather eats it with vinegar and I want to try it and know I can via a local shop just need to buy and cook it
Fresh as a salad it is great... Roasted into sheets isn't exactly the all that appetizing unless you wet it and use it for something like rolling sushi or toss it in a soup.
