One of our national dishes is a seaweed puree known as laverbread. A lot of people eat it for breakfast but I prefer to incorporate it into things like stuffings or baked dishes, it's quite good in a curry too

Nope. I like fish but not raw. It’s funny. Im a decent hunter but shit when it comes to fishing.

My dad is really good and my favorite is fried perch that he catches from the lake. Mmmm, no seaweed.
