One of our national dishes is a seaweed puree known as laverbread. A lot of people eat it for breakfast but I prefer to incorporate it into things like stuffings or baked dishes, it's quite good in a curry too
Ah, right, Welsh tradition, I like it.
Nope and a hard pass for this girl.
Too bad :(
Not even as a Suhi rolls?
There are types of sushi with fried fish. Anyway, i'm a vegetarian, so I eat it with vegetables.
Yup, yummy :D
Ah, seaweed, the ocean's hidden treasure! I've had the pleasure of trying many varieties. My favorite is nori, the type used in sushi rolls. Its delicate, salty flavor always takes me back to my first visit to a traditional sushi restaurant in Tokyo. Enjoying a piece of perfectly crafted sushi wrapped in nori was a moment of pure bliss. 🌊🍣

Nori, commonly used in sushi rolls.
Yes, I tried all of the above except for Irish Moss and Mekabu.
I like all of them, especially Dulse, Kombu, and Wakame.
As a vegetarian, I really like them in many different dishes.
