What's your three day pot?

We've all seen the old meme as shown in the photo. Wording changes slightly and there's different pots but the concept remains true, when that big pot comes out it's the same meal for the next three days.

Here in our house it's either going to be chilli, cassoulet, or cawl. But what's the 3 day pot in your house?

When I make my spaghetti sauce with Italian sausage and lots of veggies, I make what turns out to be around 1.5 gallons.

My wife make extra large pots of soup on occasion.

Beef rouladen, venison stew, cabbage rolls... usually dishes which taste better at third day than first one.

Soup. My stockpot gets a lot of use in the winter. Whole chicken, root veggies, can of tomatoes, onions, garlic and spuds. Simmer slowly for about 4 hours, take out the bird and debone then mash, not liquidise. That'll work for three or four days

In my family it was big pot of chili and we had company coming. We also had bean soup what you did last for many days. While growing up, my brother and I were big eaters. When eating beans, my brother and I had flatulating contest.

For ne it would be either chili a hearty soup such as beef and barley or a rich stick to your ribs stew.
