Does food taste different depending on where you eat it?

Now just for clarity, we're talking like for like here. Same food just different eating location.
Let's give an example
Many people say fish and chips taste better down the coast. Now I've tested this, same chipshop and yes they do taste better sitting on a sea wall than if I drive home with them.

Sure, it could just be a mental connection but the same holds true with pizza. A pizza on a park bench tastes better than a pizza on the sofa.

KFC, mcdonald's etc all taste better eaten in store than brought home. That dodgy burger from the greasy burger van of questionable hygiene in the corner of carpark is great outside but if you had it elsewhere it would be horrific.

I bet you've discovered a delicious drink on holiday, brought a bottle home and suddenly it tastes like piss.

So, does location matter when it comes to food?
