Do you have any suggestions? What foods can you eat unlimited amounts of while dieting?
It depends, are you talking your entire diet or are you talking about snacking?
If you’re sticking to a strict diet, but you want to eat more, you can basically have things that are low-enough calories. Leafy green vegetables are an excellent choice.
If you’re talking about your entire diet, I’d say a safe way to go is to eat lean meat and vegetables.
Lean meats include things like chicken breasts, turkey breasts, tuna.
Things that are not as lean, but still plenty safe and healthy are things like eggs and salmon and tilapia.
Veggies can be things like spinach, broccoli, green beans, celery.
You should stick to things that people can hunt, fish, or gather. Whole foods. Unprocessed foods.
Though be careful with carb-heavy plants and vegetables like potatoes and rice and wheat, etc.
(Hence why sticking to leafy green vegetables is safest.)

Meat... I just love to eat the meat of any kind. I'll eat vegetables but I have to cook them in meat fat and maybe add some salt. Steamed vegetables are just gross. I go on a all meat diet and are start getting buff... if I start adding beer or wine... I stop looking so buff.
I think it depends on the type of diet you’re on.
ultimately if you want your diet to be an effective one, count your macros and stay below deficit. Meaning if your daily macro intake is 2,800, that’s the number you want to stay on par with or below WITHOUT starving yourself.Stay hydrated and remember a sugar is still a sugar no matter the source. Watermelons? sugar.. pineapples? Sugar.. consider quality fruits like berries, and apples. Of course in moderation.
Leafy greens are best friends.
Kale, spinach, broccoli. Consider celery snacks. High in fiber and low in basically everything else.Make sure you don’t off balance your electrolytes. Stay hydrated!
Amy whole vegan food. Spinach, beans, brown rice, water melon, lettuce, oranges, apples, cucumbers, quinoa, banana, broccoli, cauliflower, kiwi, avocado, grapefruit, barley, onions, and tomatoes.
The fruits and vegetables should be raw.
Also I say this as someone who’s never been overweight and goes to the gym everyday, this isn’t theoretical.
Also this last bit’s a joke but pussy and cum. My sex drive has definitely gone up on my almost vegan diet.

Portion control is part of dieting. Anything of too much can make you gain weight. Oh wait.. there is one thing you can eat an endless amount of and not gain weight, and that’s lettuce without any dressing, cheese, lean protein or any other wholesome, delicious brain food you can usually add to it.
Unlimited? I don't think there's any way to do that and get balanced nutrition. Lower fat meats (some fish, lean chicken), beans and fresh vegetables are definitely a good start. And lots of water for good hydration. Avoid ultra-processed foods and sugary drinks.
I didn’t eat anything for 10 day but diet root beer and Diet Coke Zero. I lost 10kg, 22lb. It’s quick way to lose weight. I tried salad diet, meat diet, anything. It doesn’t work. If you look for diet pill I recommend stacker 3. It boost metabolism and helps lose weight fast. I sent them to my mom and she told me it helped a lot. Right now I am eating lunch to make me feel enough. I eat chicken leg, pasta Mac and cheese and skip the dinner, I maintain my weight that way. You can eat enough that you don’t stave at night. Once in a while I eat at night if I get really hungry and I see I gain 1 kg next day which is not bad. And I start lunch diet again and lose weight back again.
The only one I know of is celery, it takes more calories to eat (you burn more eating it) than it provides.. But eww.

The point of dieting shouldn't be to engorge yourself on less calorific foods, but rather treating your body like a temple and only allowing the worthy through. It would depend on the diet, wouldn't it? The only thing I can think of that they'd ALL say is say to consume in any amount is ice.
Steamed Shrimp , celery, cucumber, leafy greens, fruit flavored, sodium free, sugar free, calorie free sparkling water, carrots sticks.
Mushrooms, cucumbers, carrots, beans, peppers and legumes
You can have all the leafy green vegetables you want, and pretty much any non-starchy vegetable. Of course, you can't load them up with butter, oil or dressings if you want to be losing weight.
Fresh fruits and vegetables. Tasty, easy and lots of fiber, vitamins and minerals!

I think you're confused about what constitutes a "diet". 😆😆😆
But you really can't eat too many vegetables.
I heard somewhere that you can eat as much celery as you want. They said you burn more calories chewing it and swallowing it than it gives you.
Celery, sticks, carrots, almonds is all I can think of offhand
