Is taco bell a good representative of authentic mexican food?

While I enjoy Taco Bell especially their crunchwrap supreme, I don't think it should represent real authentic Mexican food. Authentic tacos are delicious, especially beef tongue.

No, it isn't. Go to a mexican restaurant or a taco truck for that. I love lots of taco bell's plant based and chicken options but it's not authentic, just quick and cheap tacos.

Just comparing Taco Bell to authentic Mexican recipes. I don't mind dome Taco Bell food but it just isn't authentic. Most taco and burrito fast food places thst I've seen aren't very authentic.

I agree it’s completely different. But the question I was trying to ask is if it represents the food in a positive way.

For example Taco Bell has similar ingredients, but they are prepared differently. Like the meat and the type of toppings are different, as well as the sauces but same concept.
