Who else thinks "sharing charges" at restaurants are basically robbery?

I am paying you X amount for the food offered. It's none of your business who eats what. Who are you to charge for sharing? That's absurd.

Good will and obligingness is high factor in dealing with customers if you want they come again. It seems restaurants who charge people for sharing food don't want customer coming back.

Dumb. They can argue all they want about extra dishes and work to divide but even if those are true it is unwelcoming and I probably won't go back.
