Do you call bottled water that has no carbonation like Aqua Panna or Fuji STILL or spring?

The only difference between tap and actual during water is the mineral content of spring water is higher. I've been in the plant of Crystal Springs bottled water the give gallon bottles for water coolers. Their "spring" water is from the tap, it's filtered and they add minerals. This is an unregulated industry.

Like I said they filter the tap water and add minerals to mimic Springwater. There's good profit margins in using tap water. Coca Cola's Dasani bottled water is just filtered top water.
