Often the breakfast food are fried eggs, flapjacks, pork-flavoured bacon, sausages, super-acidic orange juice, doughnuts, French toast, or whatever, at least in the bloody English-speaking countries. How can that be healthy? Furthermore, how come many find fruits not food?
Fruits are food and can be a breakfast food. It's really all up to the person what they choose to eat for breakfast. Eggs & steamed vegetables is a pretty good option or oatmeal with fresh fruits.

I usually have old fashioned cooked oatmeal for breakfast with a few raisins and cinnamon it's very good for you. Lowers blood pressure, lowers the bad cholesterol, lots of healthy fiber to aid digestion.
Eggs, meat, vitamin-rich fruit juice, and calorie-laden toast and doughnuts are junk food to you?
... don't go hungry, man. Malnutrition would NOT suit you.

That's definitely not how breakfast goes for me but then I'm from India so my pallette is way different.
I like wheat bread toast with peanut butter & jelly on or jam on it.
Rarely eat breakfast. Sometimes for brunch, mostly for supper.

Best way to do thingsI start my day with Rice Crispies and cut up strawberries. Have eggs, bacon and toast about once or twice a month. Like any kind of melons too.
