I honestly don’t know. I dont like trying new stuff AT ALL. I either eat wht i’ve eaten since childhood or I narrow down what I’ve eaten and eat even fewer things now. The most exotic thing? Probably the little chicken on a toothpick from the Asian restaurants in the mall 🤣 They used to slap away our hands as kids and say “no only get one” or “you’ve already been here and tried today” 😂🤣 I’m definitely an American food (pizza, burgers, fries) type person instead lmao. Even when i visit another country, I intend to just eat the same stuff i eat here 🤣

Squid Barbeque, Octopus Barbeque, Frog Salad (accidentally, I thought I ordered chicken salad, the menu was in Chinese.)
Everything is exotic here in China.

But that’s a myth that they eat dogs or so on…. They don’t… They have pets and take great care of them. They definitely don’t eat everything.

Too many to count but have to be something I've made. Being a yardie
island bwoy and having family both
in the Caribbean, Africa Namibia and
travel abroad. My cooking combination
have resulted in original dishes like my
Jerk-lemon-pepper-curry-mango-honey-drizzle chicken with durty rice and gungo
peas. 😋🤤

Depends what you mean by exotic. Caviar omelette, imitation crab salad, and buffalo jerky is what I might name. I've tried lots of plant based dishes though.

My first job as a teen was dishwashing at a chinese food restaurant. They’d always cook a big meal at the end of the night for their family. Never anything that was on the menu usually some creature would be in the sink.
One time they were cooking something that sorta looked like a basketball skin with circles all over it. They gave me some with rice it didn’t really have a flavour but rubbery texture.
It was cow stomach lining.

  I was attending the “el Tigre” jungle school in coca, Ecuador. The local tribe had a special fermented drink. It consisted of the women of the tribe, chewing on a route and spitting it into a pot. Then they would let the pot ferment, and then they would share it among the tribe, and they called it jungle rum. To graduate from the school they made everyone drink a pint of that stuff.
