Alligator in Florida and likely Moose as it is not a widely spread meat in the world, even though it is common here.

The alligator was like a fishy-chicken flavor and moose tastes like really good/tender roast beef.

I had a prime rib at a restaurant maybe 25 years ago. I had to go out of town for a job and I ate at a seafood place before I went home. This was the best prime rib I ever had. It was the end cut and was cooked just right.
