Wild game included
My husband's a hunter so I've eaten all kinds. Moose was a rare one I gotta say. Wild ram as well. Catfish was a strange one to get used too. Silver karp is a nice fish even though Americans don't eat them really. My husband thought it was funny when I got knocked out of our boat when one jumped out of the water, he and his parents couldn't believe I took silver carp home that he'd caught and cooked it up.

Kangaroo. I will never eat that again.
In various places around the world, I've had snake, cat, horse and dog meat. And chocolate covered crickets, if that counts as meat.
All the wild stuff from Australia: Crocodile, kangaroo, snake…

My dad is an avid hunter - I've always told him, if it wasn't bought at a store and "moo~ed' at one time, then I'm out.
However, through the years, I have begrudgingly tried - elk, antelope, and Venison. 🙂
Nutria. It's a big water rat and alien species in EU but it's tasty once you can control the vomit reflex.
I dont know which of those counts as weird but crocodile, kangoroo, snake, rabbit, deer, donkey and horse
