Craziest Meat you’ve eaten?

There’s a trend where people are eating Sea Land Boil, absolutely foul but some lady boiled up rats with her seafood boil and got sick. Given that different countries have easier access to exotic meats and have different cultural practices we all view meat differently. Personally would never eat rodents but I have tried rattlesnake when I was drunk in Mexico once lol and it tasted like fish.

I've eaten ostrich, zebra, Buffalo, alligator, horse, to name a few animals.

Organ wise I've had testicles, brain as well as the more familiar cuts. Never been able to face lung unless it's hidden in a haggis.

I’ve had horse/deer as well and although it was very yummy I think they’re beautiful creatures and can’t eat them anymore.

well, i had rare beef cheek and rare beef tong.

but here is a story. my neighbor confided he was doing fertility treatments and asked me if he should try eating beef genitals.

the rumor was it would help like old wives tales. his wife begged him to try! i said i would eat it with him so he won't feel weird.

so craziest meat was cow genital. my peice was in good sauce.

hey if they make cow males into bulls do not waste! i say.

I've eaten a raw beating Snapper heart, Kina roe, Pukeko, Weta, Huhu grubs... all sorts of NZ odd meats. The Snapper heart was pretty nasty but the worst I've ever tasted was raw eel. That shit still gives me the shivers just thinking about it, it's unbearable!

The only thing I can say is buffalo. It was in the form of jerky. I do want to try a gyro though.

I've eaten caramelized mealworms and lemon fried ants so yeah but I've eaten kebab meat and both of those are basically expected in the mix

I had grilled rat on a stick in china. Had sea cucumber. That was the worst thing I ever ate actually. Meal worms in latin america and those little silk bug things in korea.

Craziest? hmm pickled pigs feet, cow tongue stuff like that. Half my family is from the south so things like often found their way into the freezer or fridge, both are good though.
