In the hot wearher I make tuna pasta ring salad with celery and scallions in it or Cobb salad and I cook more meats either on my BBQ or smoker.

My mom used to make a simple summer salad. Just tomatoes and cucumbers cubed with miracle whip.
I LOVED it as a kid.
