when I was unemployed I started teaching myself how to cook. Mostly simple stuff but I did a standing rib roast that was really good. I cooked fish many times. I made Irish Pot Roast from a recipe I found on the internet. I would like to fry a turkey.

quarantine made me a good cook. I went vegan for a year and eating out was way too much expensive for me so i started cooking at home and now i feel like I’m a pretty good cook coz my sister always says it’s good as she is my guinea pig/ food dumpster and food critic 😁

i feel like that quarantine did a lot of good tbh, its a bad event but it had some quite positive results, not counting all the deaths and stuff of course 😶

ofc not it was a scary time for everyone but for those who were safe and had a little break from their busy lives i believe that they got to do something diffrent and maybe even found a new hobby like cooking or working out

I started cooking pub food then I gained too much weight. I then learned to cook Italian, then Greek/Mediterranean and now I'm cooking Vietnamese and Thai food. I make all my own sauces. It's more expensive but it's my stress release

Although it’s been a long time, I can smoke barbecue ribs outside and I can grill good hearty steaks, and of course, hamburgers, hotdogs things like that and I smoked a turkey once
