I would if it wasn't insanely expensive, the price right now (optimistically) is 17 dollars a pound. Like those soy burgers look weird as hell and cook funny, but they taste alright, also more expensive than hamburgers too.
You can't call it an alternative if it's 500% more expensive minimum, harder to find, or less appealing.
I'd also think the USDA and FDA will be stricter on cows than the new product as far as QA/QC goes. Anyway, yeah, I'd eat it, but I'd never buy it anywhere near the current prices, since ground beef is somewhere around 3/pound right now.
Here's the irony to me when it comes to growing masses of cells in the lab, you need to centrifuge fetuses or baby animals to get the ingredients for that in the first place. So the lab grown meat involves much more cruelty than just slaughtering a cow if that's your angle...
I read an article the other day that it is phenomenally more environmentally damaging that they first realised, potentially 25 times more. This is the same FDA that authorised the clotshot so obviously they have high $tandard$ for the products they approve.

I just ask myself, how producer want prevent carcinogen cell mutation if those cell have to divide over millions of times to create enough cell mass. If there is no solution, producer of this "meat" take as granted that consumers of this meat eat cancer cells.
Approvals of food security organizations like FDA or similar EU organs are after last "pandemic" and its 100% effective vaccine approvals just silly jokes. I wouldn't trust them.
I can see farmers and the meat industry kicking off over the cruelty free bit as that implies cruelty is commonplace.

I’ll avoid it at all costs. You can tell the regime wants to feed us the bugs hard because this crap gets aisle space in the grocery stores despite not selling. The major risk is that they’ll concentrate on flavor and cut cost by skimping on micronutrients or miss some inadvertently. I read an industry paper in favor of fake meat that admitted this. The author thought the unforeseen health problems were worth it to “save the planet.”
The real agenda is to crush smallholder ranchers that are a thorn in the side of the regime and, by ruining their business, confiscate their land.
Just because the FDA has 'approved' of this crap doesn't mean its edible without consequences, that variation being pushed by Bill Gates has been shown to cause cancer, and I'd be willing to bet the quality control/assurance will not be as strict as that which is applied to live stock, Anyone remember the 'Pink Slime' created by McDonalds? Also think on that the same FDA 'approved' the use of the 'growth promoters' that are regularly injected into beef cattle in the US.
And flagging it as 'Cruelty Free' 'Environmentally Friendly' 'Safe' 'Healthy' are going to kick of concerns from a lot of people, farmers to begin with, then consumer groups etc.

This has already been around. They introduced lab meat the moment they introduced impossible meat which people have been eating but don’t concept that it’s lab “meat” because it was marketed for vegans which made it seem innocent.
