I can’t do it. If I went vegetarian/vegan, I’d just have to accept that anything even loosely resembling meat is out. I don’t want faux-meat, haha. I don’t even like the “substitute” meats, like ground turkey instead of ground beef, or chicken sausage instead of pork sausage. I either deal with the Original Recipe™️ in some kind of moderation, or I just cut it out altogether.

It's just cloned meat, aka regular meat. The only difference might be a lack of fat content, or possibly genetic modifications depending on what they end up doing, but technically speaking, it is actual meat.

Because they are told it is safe lol. Too many people just believe whatever the package says. 2 Most important lessons about food right here. If you can't pronounce all the ingredients you shouldn't be eating it. And second if the ingredients include chemical compounds you should not be eating it.

After realizing you meant cloned meat, the idea is cruelty free meat, but the thing is it would result in us having weaker immune systems, as well as a higher risk of misfolded proteins, toxic addatives, or dangerous genetic modifications being present. So it's not safe to eat, not without making it yourself every step of the way to ensure safety. It's not something I'd trust others to make for me.
