What are some good seasonings for wedges?

I'm wanting to make some wedges in the oven and I'm wondering what other seasonings are good besides olive oil, salt, and pepper. I'm mainly wanting ones for potato wedges, but other types are welcome.

Chinese 5 spice mixed with half a chicken stock cube. Toss in stir fried garlic, peppers, chilli and Spring onions and serve
