When my wife and I go to this particular place in town, my favorite thing is corned beef hash along with crispy hash browns and an egg over easy. I mix them all together.

A large milk and lots of coffee.

Instead of toast, I substitute it for a pancake and eat that for dessert.

I rarely eat like that, especially for breakfast, but it's a treat when we go out.

At home, I rarely eat breakfast. Just lots of coffee. I usually add a touch of hot coco powder to it and enough cold, whole milk to cool it off enough to drink.

Later on, along with the coffee, I usually have a cherry or apple turnover or a blueberry muffin with butter.

When I have actual breakfast, my favorite is probably French toast, sometimes with a side of bacon.
Pancakes with a side of bacon are also a treat.
We use genuine maple syrup. Sometimes my wife gets fancy and mixes molasses, butter and maple syrup in pan. That's really good.

When I just make bacon, one of my favorite things to eat is bacon and peanut butter on toast. Yummm!

@strateguy632 Yes, indeed. BUT. . . I now follow a low carb diet, so no grits (absolutely painful dfor an old Southern boy like me) and no biscuits. I eat breakfast Saturday mornings, and it is just cheese omelet (with seaweed incorporated, thanks to my dear Chinese fiancée) and bacon and sausage.
