I do a lot of dishes with my grill and smoker. 7 hr Ribs, stuffed chicken (asparagus, cranberry and goats/cheese), beer can chicken with homemade stuffing, steak with gorganzola butter, etc. I compliment them with homemade bbq sauces and rubs but everyone seems to like my grilled rice cakes with peanut satay sauce and green onion.

Not a damn thing 😞. I can only microwave stuff or make stuff on the stove in a box. I don’t trust myself with any meats unless it’s ground up hamburger because you just cook it till it’s not pink basically.

i am more on the flavoring of food to this i mean if it's too sweet, tol salty, too sour... but the best dish i can cook is Filipino spag i have versions of it depending on the ingredients available i think i found the best sauce after tryinh a lot of sauces.

My best dishes are generally breakfast entrees, omelets, etc, but I love to cook a nice steak dinner, too.

I make a really good jambalaya from scratch. I’m currently working on perfecting my chicken parmigiana recipe. I think I’ve got the chicken part pretty much how I want it. Now gotta get my sauce recipe worked out.
