Assuming a muslim background, no. Its a pretty unanimous view that an act done with good intentions, in good faith and in a situation where you have done what is reasonable you would not be at fault.

Not suspecting your partner is no crime. What they did might of course be seen as very wrong.

Historically, there was a swine flu around when Mohammed said not to eat pork. Pork was also the cheapest meat at the time. It is a fairly accepted notion that this was the real reason why Islam differs from other abrahamistic faiths and that it primarily remains due to tradition. Anyway. No sin was committed by you.

This brings to mind a Bo Burnham joke. God created the universe, do you really think he's drawing the line at the deli aisle? Why would God care if you eat pork?

The concept of God having an opinion on pork came from the fact that if you eat undercooked pork, you would get sick. So keeping people from eating pork was a way to protect their health and the surest way to get people to do something (or used to be) was to say "God said so."

I'm going to assume you are Muslim because you seem highly stressed, in Christianity pork ismy recommended cause it's unclean meat, it's just not something we should be eating but it doesn't mean God will love you any less for eating pork 😆

That was a rule in the Old Testament and was no longer an issue after the Day of Pentecost. But this is a Christian issue. I have no idea what other religions rules are except for the Jews, who do not eat pork. But then they don't believe Jesus was the Messiah either.

Either ways it's there, just cause it's old doesn't necessarily mean we shouldn't listen to it, they still feed pigs grinded up garbage and they still run in mud and stuff but sure thing Daniela 😂

If there is a god, I'm pretty sure the last thing he cares about is pork. That is a rule made up by men long ago because pigs were kept in filthy conditions and carried trichinosis

The food rules are for your benefit. Pigs are the intermediate host of 90% of parasites. Hopefully it was well cooked; to kill off any parasites it had.
