I make my own bacon from pork belly and it's so good. By cutting it myself I can control how much salt and sugar goes into the cure and thus is in the bacon. I usually smoke it with apple wood. It's so much better then store bacon. I also like slow cook baby back ribs on my smoker. I sometimes cook a whole pig on a large rotisserie grill.
