What is better, lava salt, Celtic salt, or Himalayan salt?

Virtually everything you'll read about the benefits of each has been written by a salesman so I'd take it with a pinch of salt.

Salt is salt and the difference is just the tiny amount of impurities or trace minerals as the marketing likes to call them. The truth is they're in such low amounts you'd have to eat loads of salt for them to affect you.

I'd say if you live in Europe go for the local Celtic salt if you live in asia go for Himalayan simply because its closer to home.
