damn i love all pizza crust! the one i have most often is regular tho. and i don't have thin very often at all but i still love it just as much.

Usually thin crust with some crisp to it. However, I also enjoy a good thick crust Sicilian or Detroit-style pizza sometimes, but the crust has to be light and not heavy. I still haven't had Chicago pizza yet.
Regardless, I like it with a golden brown to medium brown underside, because a toasted crust gives it more flavour and brings out the nuttiness of the flour in the dough (when made with quality flour). The crust has as much to do with the overall flavour of the pizza as anything else.

Super thin , low carb base with a plethora of good topping ( on top ha ) , not as shown , I always take extra with I'm doing the pizza and top with all the really good stuff.
