Chanterelles and boletes, because I can't grow those. I did see some really nice-looking jack-o-lantern mushrooms on Saturday:

Sadly they aren't edible but they do glow in the dark.

With boletes there are some simple rules:

1. The pores should not be red or bright yellow
2. They should not stain blue when picked or damaged
3. Taste them (just touch your tongue to the mushroom, no need to chew) to make sure they aren't bitter
