Would you rather have one big sausage or lots of little ones?

Most sausages I have are around 5 to 6 inches. I only really have little at Christmas time. As for big ones I might get a jumbo battered one from the chip shop occasionally or a large one in a sandwich but not very often and never at home

I prefer average ones, but little sausages are okay for breakfast. I just find that when they're too small they're not as juicy, and tend to be drier in texture. However, those long ones are kind of ridiculous. They're comically unmanageable to eat by hand (as pictured), and they're usually no bigger around than average ones, so they don't really add anything extra by virtue of size. That, and if they're not cooked on a barbecue grill they have to be cut up to fit in a pan or on a plate anyway, so it usually negates the need for such a length anyway. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I tend to like average or small sausages. I don't like the huge ones since sometimes they're a lot to eat. Unless it's like say, smoked sausage, but those are usually cut up.

How about a coil (12 inches) of Cumberland Sausage or a length from the butchers cut to match 8" sandwich subs? True Cumberland sausage is bought by length not weight.

When I buy sweet Italian Sausage they are average size, and they sell them for like $4.00 + dollars and I get about 6 of them.

I'd take a couple medium sized ones. I'll put them on a bunch with some mustard. They have a be cooked on the grill though
