Like, if I’m in a rush and I don’t have much time…
But, I want to have sustenance, and I want to hit my macros…
I’ve boiled frozen beef patties with frozen broccoli, strained it, and then topped it with salted butter before.
Fast, boring, but nutritious. 🤣
And another thing, which isn’t really cooking, would be food straight out of the can. Be it tuna or spinach or something else.
A peanut butter oatmeal combo

beef ramen mixed with a can of chili (no beans). it's a sodium extravaganza.
Anything that’s super spicy for most people. I like spicy spicy food
Lasagna. All for me. If they're hungry I'll make them a peanut butter sandwich or something.
Anything that I eat is acceptable for anybody
childrens food, baked beans.
