What kind of egg cooking method do you like more?

My favorite is deviled. I only have them if someone makes them, though. They are usually an hors d'oeuvre.

The kind I have most often is scrambled in butter with salt and pepper.

I also make fried egg sandwiches on toast. But when I fry the eggs, I scramble them around right away in the pan to distribute the yokes and whites fairly evenly. In butter, with salt and pepper, of course. Then I flip them like normal fried eggs. Sometimes I put cheese on top.

I like hard boiled eggs with salt. They are also great for making egg salad sandwiches and for adding to tuna salad sandwiches or salads.

If I have ham and cheese in the house, I sometimes make an omelette.

The only time I have over easy is when we go out for breakfast. I get corned beef hash, crispy hash browns and an egg over easy. Then I mash them all together.

I usually either fry them in butter sunny side up or make a cheese omelet unless I'm using them for a salad or egg salad sandwich then I hard boil them.

Depends how I want to eat them. For breakfast it soft boiled or scrambled egg my preference. For bun sandwiches that eat to lunch I prefer hard boiled eggs with mayonnaise, caviar, chives or green onions

Mu family is big on eggs and with the exception of the baked version the rest I prepare regularly around here. My personal favorite is the soft boiled.

I love fried eggs but since I had some trouble cooking at the beginning I always ended up with scrambled eggs so I like those too now haha
