When I make an egg sandwich, I fry the eggs but first stir them in the pan to equally distribute the yokes and whites. Salt and pepper, of course.
One of my favorite restaurant breakfasts is corned beef hash. With that, I get crispy hash browns and an egg over easy. Then I mix it all together. LOL
Huevos rancheros are good. In fact, there are lots of good egg dishes.41 Reply

Half boiled (everything is still nice and runny), with light soy sauce. Its a classic Malaysian-chinese breakfast dish. 100/100 would recommend. But please use pasteurised eggs.
I also love Hanjuku Tamago. Soft-boiled eggs marinated in a mix of soy sauce, scallion and a few other condiments.12 Reply
+1 yI love eggs. So I’m easy. Change my mind often. Right now I could eat sunny side up.
Heritage eggs are the best. Tastier.

Specialty breeds of chicken.
For me I like my eggs scrambled with a slice of butter on top and sometimes a few drips of hot sauce. :)

Egg with some milk garlic, salt and pepper, beaten, half in a pan until slightly solid, some good cheese in the middle, then the rest of the egg, turning the egg to the middle until solid. Topped with some garnish and eaten with bread and a bit of additional salt.

I respect your tendency to not always answer your own questions. But i do feel compelled to ask…. How do you like your eggs?
- +1 y
I do luv a good omelette, but i can make a good one. It’s just a little more work than a scramble so i don’t usually do it for myself though. I will get one at a restaurant occasionally.

Also, i rarely answer my own questions but for different reasons. I do like to “talk” about myself, but i don’t like “leading the witness”. It seems there are lots of people who need attention so badly that they will glom on to an opinion without thinking through their own. I’m looking for genuine responses. I usually only share my own thoughts and feelings if i can relate to someone else’s contribution.
I’ve been pleasantly surprised as well as sorely disappointed. Ell oh ell! - +1 y
Yeah. I rarely share much about me.
So i get it.
And i usually get amused with how many people assume all my questions are personally about me.
My questions are actually more about interest in seeing how others see things.
It is very fascinating seeing how much everyone's opinions about small things vary or even anger them. - +1 y
Agreed. Have you ever read “Are You Normal?” by Bernice Kanner?
I suspect you might appreciate it as much as i do. - +1 y
It’s a short book reporting statistics from multiple polls on common behaviors among people. Essentially so you can compare your own habits to the norm and outliers. It’s a fun and easy read, and a bit of an eye opener!
Scrambled is the easiest for me to down and never get bored but it's also the worst for me as somewhat of a fitness freak. I could probably down 1800+ calories in terms of scrambled eggs easily in one day.
Boiled eggs are the opposite to me. I really feel full fast eating boiled eggs. They're the easiest for me to tire against but they are the easiest for me to moderate.
00 ReplyUsually I go for scrambled eggs on a creamy consistency (I don't like rubbery eggs) because they are quick and delicious. If I have more time, I can make a vegetable omelet with potatoes, onions and peppers.

pretty much scrambled eggs... but you do at the twist, and being the Mexican flag green, white and red that's what you will add, lol
firs thing you do is to sauté some sliced onions first, in a frying pan... and then you add chopped tomatoes (juiciest ones) and cook them just a little bit till it starts to turn into a bit of a sauce-like, that's when you add the chopped jalapeños or any other pepper (s) you might like, and that's the twist... last you add the eggs and scramble it all up... lol other herbs, salt or pepper go as you wish
oh, and the home made (maize) tortillas always on the side

hopefully you find it tasty as well... or can add your own spin to it
Scrambled, please.
