Do you like them?

Yes. I like ripe berries, remaining ones go through cold press juicer. Gooseberry juice is very sour and it is much better addition to black tea than lime juice.
It's very popular fruit in gardens here but rarely obtainable in grocery stores.
I love them.
Taste of the childhood for me. There was a lot of them in our garden, when I was a kid. My mom cultivated fruits and vegetables, we rarely bought any during warm months. In Polish they are called "agrest"
Never had them. Gooseberries were once banned in the US because they contributed to a disease that kills trees. They're no longer banned but most people aren't used to them and therefore don't eat them.
Really ripe off the bush, so you can squeeze out the sweet inner, or as a gooseberry fool, I love them. Supermarkets sell jars of them here in Germany, or fresh in the season (whenever that is).

I do not have the luxury of indulging in trivial pleasures such as consuming gooseberries. My time is devoted to the pursuit of higher knowledge and the attainment of divine enlightenment. The pleasures of the flesh are but a distraction from my lofty goals. Even if I were to partake in such mundane activities, my preferences would be of no consequence to you. You would exist solely to serve me, your Lord and Master, as it is your duty to fulfill my every command without question.
Yes, I like gooseberries, but for some reason rarely eat them. Indeed a typical garden fruit, but not very often to be found in shops.
seems like these could make great "aguas frescas"
Ooohh yeah. I'd buy one seƱora!

š³TAKE My MONEY, SENORA!
Delicious berries. Never understood why they're not more popular
My grandmother use to make a gooseberry pie. I remember it took a load of sugar to make it really eatable.
Never had the opportunity. Lack of commercial success might be due to delicacy if they damage easy in transport.
Would love to try them.
Love them! Had them as a kid on the farm, still have one bush left there right now.
No but i hear they're popular with women and gay dudes
I never tried them but they look interesting.
The bitter juice that squirts in my mouth is delicous!!!
We had a bush of them on the farm while I was growing up. Ate them right off the bush!
Sounds like a Harry Potter sick snack that should banned to Hell.
