Roasted are the healthiest version because they have the skin on, which has most of the vitamins in a potato.

Nothing about mashed potatoes is appealing: the mushiness and glue-like consistency are not appealing. Baked potatoes are the same. Though they have the skin on, it's just to hold the soft interior. No one eats the skin. They're a sliver above mashed potatoes.

French fries are the "cake" of potatoes. Fried in hot grease, they're the most unhealthy, but their crunch has great mouth appeal.

As crazy as it might seem, I'd probably eliminate fries. Roasted potatoes can be just as delicious, or even more delicious, and I can also cook them on the grill too. Plus, they have less fat.

I’d get rid of roasted. I like fries, mash potatoes then baked. I don’t even eat them that way personally.
