I already have. I had an elk burger while I was in Colorado and it was probably the tastiest meat I have ever eaten. Even better than bison and certainly better than beef.

I would and I have. I've even cooked it myself.

I have family who live on a big property in the woods in Oregon and who hunt or fish as often as possible - which is a WHOLE LOT where they live. They literally don't buy meat - they hunt, fish, and farm all their meat, and when I visit, elk meat is a regular part of the menu.

As well, one of my biggest customers is a big-time hunter - he was born in Louisiana and has hunted literally all over the world, on 6 of the 7 continents - and he gives me elk and venison every once in a while.
