The bottom of a receipt said “you look beautiful!!!” below the suggested gratuity section

was she hitting on me or is this something they would all say at this restaurant by default?

Sounds like a habit of hers. Fact being if you are really a male then it would be a very strange remark to write on a males receipt. Unless times has changed.
