You gotta chop your cock into pieces first. Then you want some oil in the pan. I use olive oil and some minced garlic. Before you put the chicken in the pan season it. At least with salt and pepper but I have a whole routine. After that sauté it on medium high heat for 4-6 minutes. Just watch it because if you have a gas or electric stove that can vary. If you are making something like a stir fry then take the chicken of the stove partially cooked and dice or cut it into strips. Put back in pan with veggies or whatever you are cooking. Bam. Done.
