Is there a way to make home made powder?

I was thinking that I could buy my own flowers and powder maker to create home made Frappuccino’s instead of going to Starbucks.

The best method would be to freeze dry and then grind a powder. But at home you might want to consider buying a small dehydrator off ebay then popping the dried flowers in a blender.
