Definitely. There are some ingredients like GMOs, certain oils, high fructose corn syrup, and chemicals that I won't consume.
I also look at the country of origin and won't buy anything made in Israel.

Yes. Some E numbers and corn fructose addition make a product for me unacceptable. Generally, the shorter is ingredient list the more healthy is a product.

yes all the time i dint eat anything with over 15g of fat because I'm still losing more weight and I'm taking orlistat tablets that help me lose weight you need to be careful eating when taking them eat anthing fatty or tried they can give you bad diharea ring sting badly

Absolutely. We always check to make sure what we get is non-GMO, & preferably with as few preservatives as possible. We also check calories & serving sizes.

Some times when I buying a new food, I'll read the cooking instructions or ingredients to see if it's something I can easily prepare. Other times I will check the labels on breads, dairies or produce to make sure they last at least a week
