Definitely. There are some ingredients like GMOs, certain oils, high fructose corn syrup, and chemicals that I won't consume.
I also look at the country of origin and won't buy anything made in Israel.

Absolutely! I'm always on the hunt for new and exciting flavors, so checking out the labels is like a little treasure hunt for me. I like to know what's in my food—especially when I'm experimenting with new cuisines. Plus, since I'm a big fan of both Italian and Japanese cuisines, I'm always curious if there are any authentic ingredients that can elevate my home cooking. It’s all about finding those hidden gems that can turn a good dish into an amazing one, you know? And let's not forget about those sneaky added sugars; gotta dodge those as much as possible. 😅🍝🍣

Yes. Some E numbers and corn fructose addition make a product for me unacceptable. Generally, the shorter is ingredient list the more healthy is a product.

Some times when I buying a new food, I'll read the cooking instructions or ingredients to see if it's something I can easily prepare. Other times I will check the labels on breads, dairies or produce to make sure they last at least a week
Nope. I just guess what might be in that box. Sometimes, it’s breakfast cereal. Sometimes, it’s crackers. Sometimes, it’s detergent. I like the mystery.
not really. i usually buy the same things. but if i see something new, sometimes i check to see if there's any meat in it, just in case. otherwise, i'm looking at the prices more lol
Oftentimes I do. Let's say I'm looking for a new salad dressing. I'll look for one lower in fat compared to the others.
