I drink coffee like once a year. And when I do, yes I definitely add sugar. I remember when I first started drinking coffee, I was 14 and working 5-6am shifts on weekends, and I’d put like 4 sugars in my coffee just to be able to tolerate it 😂

Yeah. Of course, it's regular coffee & teas we're talking about. I try to use something like splenda or stevia for teas and then flavored creamer for coffee.
