I don't *really* drink either...
However when I *do* drink tea if it's regular tea I tend to use as much sugar as I can get into the tea till you reach the saturation point of the water when it won't dissolve any more sugar.
Basically I try to mask the tea taste as much as I can.
Herbal tea on the other hand...
Depends on the herbal tea.
With the Icelandic herbal tea I use when I'm sick I only use some sugar.

Making a cup of coffee is like making love to a beautiful woman. It's got to be hot. Its got to be sweet. You've got to take your time. You've got to stir... gently and firmly. You've got to grind your beans until they squeak. And then you put in the milk.

No sugar for me, I am more of a Splenda girl, and that goes for half satchel on a regular mug or a full one for a medium one.

No sugar in my tea but 1 levelled teaspoon of sugar in my coffee :)
i dont drink any, but i would think about it in regards to juice, and i prefer them to be natural without any sugar , because fruits already have plenty.
One of my quirks is that I still have my sugar in cubes. So one lump for me. I have way more in coffee though, god knows how much sugar syrup they pump in in Costa or Starbucks lol.

And I drink my coffee with milk onlyThree packets of sugar. And if it's in a big ole container, I just keep pouring until I think it's a about three packets lol
One or two spoons full. Sometimes I like my coffee straight black. I also sweeten my tea. Usually with honey.
I don't drink tea or coffee, which makes me question why I'm answering this question in the first place. If I did drink one or both of them, I'd put as much sugar as I could find without getting diabetes from one cup.
None for me.

I don’t out any in teaDon't drink neither, but likely minimal if I did. Brown sugar too.
Tea doesn't need any sugar, just a bit of milk, unless it's green tea. In strong coffee I like one to perhaps 1.5 sugars & cream.
