I put tea in there as well for you plant water drinkers lol
My wife has a cupboard full of different teas. I guess some of them have medicinal properties like detox, stomach or liver health, energy, calming or help to sleep. But I never drink any.
I make coffee every day. I add the equivalent of one tsp of Equal Exchange hot coco powder yo each 12 oz cup. I top them off with enough cold whole milk (an oz or two) to make them cool enough to drink.
But if I'm having coffee with breakfast at a cafe, I drink it black.
I never add sugar to coffee. And I never use "creamer". I never buy expensive coffee drinks, either.

Depends on the mood, but some tea I don't put any sweeteners and others I like to use 1-2 teaspoons of honey. My morning coffee gets 1.5 teaspoons per 8 ounces. Anymore and it's too sweet. I do miss a good "southern" sweet tea though, but that crap will give you diabetes in a heartbeat.
Also I have a secret for you coffee is also plant water since coffee beans come from a plant too.
I use this which probably had a shit ton of sugar anyways. But I only use like 2tbs. So let’s say 2tbs of sugar because this has other bs inside too.
You do know that coffee is a plant as well?
I take 1.5 teaspoons of Demerara sugar in coffee and 1.5 of white in tea

Depends on my mood. Either 0 no milk no cream, or 2-3 with Caramel syrup and heavy cream and cinnamon or cocoa on top.

I use stevia drops to make my coffee sweet. I don't sweet tea at all... I love tea taste and fragrance...
Ooh, that depends! Some mornings I crave a sweeter cup, so I might go for two teaspoons of sugar in my tea. But other days, I like to taste the natural flavors more, so I skip the sugar altogether. If you're new to tea or coffee, I recommend starting without sugar and see if you like it. You can always add some later!
Zero... I have a long history of avoiding sugar.
But... in the last week or so, I have been putting a teaspoon of honey in my coffee. Even the drinking of coffee is new to me, and I blame it on not drinking my usual morning beverage... beer.
I’m never precise with it lol
and the last part 😂 “plant water drinkers.”
I mean I go according to taste, and if I lost taste while sick… it would be bad lol
I do try to stick to a limit of like 3-4 and if it’s packets the same for those. Going to like 5-6-7-8 is just insanity 😂
I drink my coffee black and enjoy unsweetened tea. Sometimes I’ll get the subtly sweet tea that’s 0 calories but that has a sugar substitute in it
coffee form the coffee shop- Triple, triple. If im home and making my own, only vanilla flavored creamer and I pour enough until it's pretty light.
Both coffee and tea are "plant water".
Also "none" as far as sugar goes. it depends, but I prefer tea without sugar, and with coffee is tastes bad unless its smothered by chocolate, which has sugar in it already ('m not sure how much, but its enough to not need to add sugar).I don't use any sugar or cream in coffee or tea. Just black coffee for me and unsweetened tea (usually various types of green tea).
Don't drink much tea. But will out one heaped tea spoon of sugar

don't need the sugar... I'll have it straight
I put none in my coffee and I seldom drink tea, but it would be no sugar as well.
One teaspoon only for Tea (white sugar) and Coffee (brown sugar).
I don't drink coffee often so I have no usual. But when I was drinking tea everyday, I really enjoyed putting a tbsp of raw 100% natural honey in it.
No sugar, just a bit of cream.
1 light soft brown in coffee
I don't drink tea0 in tea, 1 in a normal coffee, 0 in cappuccino or cafe con leche

I don't drink hot tea, but I do drink iced tea. I sweeten it with bulk Splenda, and I use 3/4 cup of Splenda per gallon of tea.
