I love them real clean, sliced kinda thick and tossed in my salad, topped with extra french dressing and croutons.
Cleaned, thick sliced, sauteed in a little butter, fresh garlic pieces and poured over a nicely grilled, tender steak.

Yeah. I love them sauteed or grilled. I love white button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and portabella mushrooms. I love portabella mushroom sandwiches.
