I like the big white mushrooms.

I love them real clean, sliced kinda thick and tossed in my salad, topped with extra french dressing and croutons.

Cleaned, thick sliced, sauteed in a little butter, fresh garlic pieces and poured over a nicely grilled, tender steak.

Sometimes just cleaned, sliced, raw with french dressing
