This is an interesting story from Indiana, United States. The story involves a Mexican-style restaurant that serves tacos and burritos, in an area whose zoning prohibits fast food chains like McDonald's, Arby's and Wendy's, but allows restaurants that serve sandwiches. So, it was important for the court to rule... is a taco a sandwich? If so, the restaurant can stay in business. If not, it would have to close.
