I ordered way too many bananas.🍌 What should I do?

I guess I wasn't paying attention to the quantity button when I ordered groceries. What should I do with all these 🍌 🍌 🍌

I routinely order bananas in bulk & freeze them so they'll last longer. I place them on a baking pan in the freezer. Then once they're frozen, I put them in an airtight freezer bag & only get one out when I need one.

However, I recommend allowing them to defrost slowly though, because the faster you defrost them, the mushier they'll be & the sweeter they'll be. And if they were already sweet when you put them in the freezer & you try to defrost them quickly, you'll see they'll instantly start to turn brown as if they're ripening too quickly.

Freeze some and make banana muffins later on. Get some vanilla ice cream, Cointreau orange liqueur and do a banana flambe with ice cream treat for dessert a few evenings. Cut some up and put it on your cereal.

6. Just eat one after every meal.

Eat them over a couple of days. They help you sleep better and give your body potassium. Only problem is, they ripen fast so don't take your sweet time eating them.

Cut up a banana every day on cereal for breakfast for the next week. Snack on a banana in the middle of the afternoon fo the next several days. With the rest, bake banana bread.
