Is there any specific famous type of drink or popular dish Miami is known for? I will be mostly in Miami Beach & little Havana, maybe downtown Miami too

You’ll be near the coastline so the seafood should be the freshest it would be in comparison to a land-locked city. Any seafood will probably be better in that case. Miami in particular is known as a party city, to the point they’re overcharging on parking during spring break season both to discourage spring breakers from coming and to take advantage of their stay. For drinks you could probably go with something tropical as those would grow the best in that environment but there would undoubtedly be something that would be heavy enough to put you under the table in one glass if you asked for it.
