Do you think this green bean and fish dish was healthy?

Last night for dinner, I had green beans from our back yard, and some pork marinated in Chinese sauce, as well as plain fish boiled at the restaurant. We are eating veggie dumplings for lunch today and might have a latte later today as an afternoon snack. As an afternoon snack yesterday I had around 8 ounces of nuts, mixing 7 types together and still lost 0.2 pounds.
