That is aloe vera. You can eat the gel and you can eat the leaves, but there is a natural latex layer between the gel and the inside of the leaves and you do not want to eat that part, it can be fatal.

Its Aloe Vera, its good to make skincare products, and good against burnt skin, but don't eat it.
Aloe Vera. You can eat or drink it. But its best used on healing minor cuts and burns on your skin. Excellent on your skin as a moisturizer.
