Which country's food is extremely good?

Not sure I could say any one is consistently great, but I can say without a doubt that Italy was a huge letdown when I visited, especially since my favorite dish in the world is an Italian one. The US, Germany, and Switzerland all consistently do Italian food better. Greek is probably the absolute worst, but I didn't have high expectations in the first place. British food definitely wouldn't rank high either, and there's probably a reason why all of their famous chefs train abroad.

If I had to pick, I think Japanese and Korean food most often exceed my expectations, but I haven't actually traveled to either of those and tried them firsthand.

India, Greece, France, Egypt, Puerto Rico, Columbia, DR, Italian... all of it... I love trying out new foods. (Not crazy about stuff from the UK, though.)

Well, food culture is like art, pretty subjective and variegated, but I gotta say, having a soft spot for both Italian and Japanese cuisines gives me a bit of a bias. Italy, with its incredibly regional dishes, from the creamy risottos of the north to the sun-kissed tomatoes of the south, is a feast for your taste buds. And then there’s Japan - oh, the precision, the simplicity, yet the depth of flavors in dishes like sushi or ramen is unmatched. Each country brings its own unique spin to the table, making it hard to crown a single champion. Honestly, the best food culture is the one that makes your heart and stomach sing in harmony! 🍣🍕

I don't know. I've only traveled to Mexico and a few countries in Europe. Aside from that, the only ethnic food I've ever had was in the U. S.
My favorite was a particular Korean restaurant.

I love Korean, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Indian, Filipino, Chinese and Italian. I would LOVE to go on a food tour to taste the best of what the various parts of those countries have to offer.

almost all countries have specialties, and some good some great some gross and some take getting used to some you can hate, or look like i not trying that. and much of the world have foods thought to be foreign but invented in a different country. others a blend of many places go by look smell and sample and be suprised

That's a matter of opinion. It depends on what style of food you like. I would have to say Italian food is generally near the top of my list. But I also really like American style Asian foods. I say American style because I am not into the contents of some of the foods served in Asia such as bugs and dogs.

I do enjoy authentic Asian foods that don't contain such repulsive ingredients.

I think that Japanese, Thai, and Chinese foods are my favorite Asian foods in that order.

Now there's a question. I love my own food of course here in the UK such as fry ups, Sunday roasts and fish and chips, but there is also Italian, French food and Indian food. Im going with French as they put wine in it and it really adds to the taste.

If you're talking about Food CULTURE. Probably countries like France, Italy, Germany, Japan and the United States. But if you're talking about places that are very underrated in terms of their food, the Caribbean, Peru and Poland and the Levant.

To be completely frank though, I've found that more often than not, foreign versions of dishes are often much better than the original version

Almost any non-Northern or -Western European culture, though my bud Jamie Logsdon, who's of mostly Scottish ancestry (part Cherokee, also) should have been a chef, he's such as great cook, as was my maternal grandfather, William Turner the Elder.

I would say Malaysian food because, they borrowed from Indian and Chinese and are the actual origination of Sushi, so they have Japan beat on that as well.

if not that then Jaimican Food I heard just borrows from everyone I have never tried but like the combos I heard were impressive.

If not that then Turkish food. There middle eastern food but with cheese.

My favorites are: Indian, Italian and Chinese cuisine.

I also like Korean, Mexican, Turkish and Japanese cuisine.

Of course, some other cuisines have great food too, for example French, Greek, Indonesian, Bulgarian, Russian, Polish and Czech.
