I had the idea of cheese and bread sandwiches. I actually think it tastes better than a cheese and salami sandwich. I know some cheeses are expensive, but there are cheap options too.
I also like tuna sandwiches but I can't handle the sea salt taste more than twice a week cause I find the salty sea taste to be disgusting.
Also oatmeal with bananas and honey. I used to eat this at night when I had difficulty falling asleep.
And rice porridge with marinated pickled vegetables and tofu.
