It depends. If it's fried chicken, especially from a take-out place, I'll take a drum stick.
If it's fresh, roasted chicken, I love thigh meat.
If I've making a sandwich with roasted chicken (not luncheon meat), I prefer breast.

The thing about breast is, it's drier than the dark meat. It needs sauce.
It's great in sandwiches because I use condiments, either mayo or Miracle Whip. And I love to add Mae Ploy sauce.
Sometimes I'll eat breast alone (not in a sandwich) with May Ploy sauce.

I never eat chicken nuggets. I don't know what those are made out of.
