Some days a 'pea' is enough, other days I can eat and eat till I feel sick and uncomfortable while still feeling hungry.
Yeah, there is certainly something wrong with my stomach and bowels; A) the National Health Service can't find anything, B) They not really investigating a lot; the NHS is as good as dead, they'll do the bare minimum just to ensure you are not suffering from the worst conditions/ diseases which can occur in the 'gut'; maybe a Colonoscopy or Endoscopy... but that's it.
I have been suffering from whatever I am suffering for 10 years now; due to not eating properly, but also self-neglect, I am wasting away despite spending between the £40 and £70 a week on shopping (sure, they are cleaning and cosmetical products included; but the bulk of it is still food).
Maybe you need a private Dr. for a 2nd opinion. Something doesn't sound right.
That would make sense... but Public healthcare is free at the point of delivery; private healthcare is ridiculous expensive.
While my financial situation is alright... mainly because I keep my bill load low... I kind of refuse to waste my money on private healthcare.
Agree. They don’t know much knowledge and only refer to some of these tests.
Private dr. I tried as well and wasted couple of thousands … it doesn’t do much.
I learned from my relatives to use holistic meds./herbs/nuts… etc… and it takes time. Took two years for my rashes to go away…. its a slow process and I learned to not western meds.
Now that I am on holiday and away from making my home remedies… I am getting rashes again.

Case by case… mostly I don’t trust them especially in the US. It’s all about money not the life of an individual.

But that aside... these very few tests which are being done is just to ensure you are not dying. it's just that once that has been established there is no longer a need to do further research and the limited resources available within our healthcare system are being spend, or wasted, on something else.
@daniela1982 With my first suicide attempt, a 60 painkiller overdose, they of course ensured that everything was out of my system and that no damage had been caused to my Kidneys and Liver; once I got released from the hospital all they offered me was anti-depressants, no therapy... nothing. Little over a year later 4 more suicide attempts followed, and still no therapy.
A quarter of the British population lives in 'Relative' Poverty; 22%... as opposed to 11% in the US; even IF we wanted to use Private Healthcare, many people cannot because they simply cannot afford it.
Many people are already forced to choose between 'Heating and Eating'; and millions of kids go to school hungry (school dinner programs have been abolished years ago).

No are you a good healthy big breakfast if it's not too hot outside I have a very good lunch and then I have dinner and around 11:00 I have dinner again because I'm always hungry because I'm burning energy all day long even when I sit still I think I burn energy
Those are not real breast on that woman! She bought them and paid for them.
I had a friend that was going to get breasts enlargement surgery and her husband said "If you do, I'm not touching them".
I digress. I get full very very fast. I like to pick at food and enjoy finger food more than I would a big steak (to me it's flesh, gross) and a four course meal.
But I wait until I am starving and then I eat really fast and get full really fast.
I order the steak, hubby orders the salad. When ever they bring out the dishes… the salad goes to me and the steak goes to him smh!! We always have to make the switch. Howevery appetite have decreased … I used to eat 2 servings and stayed skinny till couple of years ago.
Oh, I'm over on Girls Ask Guys because, you know, when you're a foodie at heart, there's nothing better than hunting down new tastes and sharing your findings. And about how much I have to eat to get full? Well, it really depends on the cuisine. If we're talking about my favorite, Italian or Japanese, I tend to savor each bite, really getting into the texture and flavor, so I might eat a bit less but enjoy it way more. Though, I won't lie, give me a good pizza or sushi platter, and I easily lean towards the hippo-type, eager to devour it all. But generally, I'm somewhere in the middle, appreciating each bite and listening to my body. After all, there's always room for gelato or mochi afterward, right? 🍕🍣🍨

I don't have the capacity that I used to have but I can eat a 16 ounce steak, baked potato, a couple of ears of corn. Then have a big salad and a piece of pie. Then wash it down with a Pepsi.
In my opinion, that IS a large capacity. 😯🥩🍗🥓🍟🍔🍕
I EAT. It doesn’t go anywhere other than to the toilet. I definitely get my monies worth at ayce places. But I also tend to go long period of time without eating.
I eat smaller portions of food or snacks through out the day. I eat often. But I dont eat big portions. It is the only way that works for me.
The only exception is pizza or chocolate lava cake or melted chocolate.

When I had a physically demanding job and rode my bicycle to work, I was burning massive amounts of calories and could eat a giant pizza. Now I can only eat about half that.
it depends... if it's sushi, I can eat much more than normally :D
More of a hippo. Not in one bite but plentiful fork fulls in rapid succession.
I have noticed at cafes there are more food scraps around my plate than anybody elses.
I wouldn’t say I am a picky eater, just a small eater. I tend to dish smaller portions.
I eat a lot but I'm a big guy! I'm 6'5 272 so a lot for the average person is alittle for me
That first pic would last me for two meals. Not sure about the second- maybe a week or two.
I have to eat a lot. Super high metabolism.
